Pagtatap Foundation, Inc. (PAGTATAP - PHILIPPINES), in principle, has no membership but has a set of officers and supporters. As long as you are from Pandan, Antique, Philippines, you’re a PAGTATAP because of what it stands for, PAGTIRIRIPON TANG MGA TAGA PANDAN, meaning when Pandananons get together.
This principle of PAGTATAP Foundation, Inc. differs to that of PAGTATAP USA and PAGTATAP YOUTH - PANDAN. These two other organizations have its membership and set of officers.
